Scenic Beauty on the Shezi Island Bicycle Trail
Shezi Island is a sandbar at the confluence of the Keelung and Danshui rivers. Rice fields mingle with green vegetable gardens and the scenic riverside view to create a rustic in-city retreat. The bikeway here is a popular route for weekend cycling. The trail follows the riverbank and offers a good vantage of the churning waters where the two rivers meet at the head of the sandbar. Prepare to be dazzled by the golden hues of the river at sunset and the distant views of Datun Mountain and Guanyinshan.

Transportation：
Take the No. 2, 215, 246, 536, or Red 10 bus to Qiaomei to reach the Shezi Bikeway.
MRT Station：
From Jiantan Station, take the Red 7 or Red 10 bus to Qiaomei and walk about 10 minutes to the Shezi Island Bikeway.
Renting：
1. Bicycle rental shops are located by the Shezi Flower plaza.
2. You can also rent bikes at Dadaocheng Wharf and cycle to the island.
3. There is a bicycle rental shop at Erchong Riverside Park.

Length: Shezi Island: 9km; Erchong River Floodway 24km
1.Riding time: Shezi Island: ~40 minutes
2.Erchong River Floodway: ~100 minutes.
