- The rental centers are closed on the eve and the first day of Chinese New Year (2 days) and 5 days for annual equipment maintenance/inventory (dates to be separately announced).
- The rental centers are closed on the 3rd of every month for a safety maintenance meeting (which will be postponed until further notice should it fall on a holiday).
- On holidays, bikes can be returned to the following centers in New Taipei City: Bikes returning service is provided on Saturday to Sunday（and National Holidays）. Office hours:10:30~17:00.

Note:
A. Service hours and rental regulations (subject to announcements of the bike rental center):
1. “Rent and return at the same place”: To rent a bicycle, you will need to show a valid ID as security (ID card, driver’s license, student ID card, or health insurance card). The card is given back to you when returning the bicycle. Up to five bicycles are allowed with one valid photo ID. Instead of an ID card, you can also pay a NT$2,000 deposit per bicycle (the term applies only to Bicycles Nos. 1 to 6), which is refunded when returning the bicycle. Bicycles other than Nos. 1-6 are available only with an ID presented as security. 2. “Rent and return at different places”: Present upon rental two IDs (i.e., ID card + driver’s license) and a completed application form for “Rent and Return at Different Places”. Up to five bicycles are allowed for each valid photo ID after verifying information provided in the application form, with no deposit payment or certification required. 3. Group rental: A 20% discount will be offered to any group rental reservation of 30 or more bicycles for non-holidays (i.e., weekdays excluding public holidays) by submitting a rental application to K.M Co. seven days prior to the scheduled date. Discounts are not available for reservations on holidays or those who fail to submit applications seven days in advance. 4. Students (upon presenting the Student ID card) or schools are entitled to a 50% discount for advance non-holiday reservation (i.e., weekdays excluding public holidays). 5. Upon rental, each foreign national shall either present a valid passport/Alien Resident Certificate, or pay NT$ 2,000 in deposit (only applicable to one bicycle out of Bicycles Nos. 1 to 6). 6. C. For your own safety and others’ rights, please follow the regulations below:
1. The bicycling area is limited to bikeways of riverbank parks. Please stop for any pedestrian when riding along pedestrian-bicycle shared paths.
2. Please walk your bicycle to pass through bike tow ways. Racing, zigzagging, and stunt performance are prohibited.
3. Helmets are available for free rental at all Bike Rental Centers.
4. Before you take to the road, please check the bicycle’s brakes, seat height and tire pressure.
5. Please keep and use the rented bicycle properly. Users are responsible for losing or damaging the bicycle.
6. Please return the bicycle within the business hours of corresponding Bike Rental Centers, and contact the rental-center staff should any problem arise during the cycling trip.
